We built Thronova for founders who have reached that turning point. We're Amarachi and Michael Toryila, and we help growing businesses replace operational complexity with systems that create clarity, consistency, and room to grow.

Why We Built Thronova

Our careers have taken us through financial services, product management, business analysis, manufacturing, operations, research, and program leadership. Different industries. Different organizations. The same problem.

We watched capable teams spend countless hours chasing information, repeating manual work, and relying on processes that were never designed to support growth. The businesses didn't need more effort. They needed better infrastructure.

Around the same time, becoming parents changed how we thought about the kind of work we wanted to build. When our son, David, was born, we realized that time is one of the most valuable things any founder has. We wanted to build a company that helped people reclaim it.

We started Thronova not to build software — but to build businesses that work better.

Technology should never be the starting point. Understanding the business should. Every recommendation begins with one question:

"How should this business work if nothing was standing in its way?"

Only after we understand the answer do we decide what needs to be built. The technology changes. The goal never does.

Amarachi brings together product management, business analysis, and operational design to help founders simplify the way their businesses run.

She has a natural ability to untangle complexity, transforming disconnected processes into practical systems that teams genuinely enjoy using.

Her work isn't about adding more technology. It's about making technology useful. Every solution is designed to fit the realities of the business today while preparing it for where it's going tomorrow.

Michael Toryila

Co-Founder

Michael approaches every engagement through the lens of strategy. Drawing on experience in research, manufacturing leadership, and program management, he helps founders identify the constraints quietly limiting growth and uncover opportunities they may not yet see.

His focus is ensuring every decision, system, and investment supports the bigger picture, so businesses don't simply become more efficient — they become stronger.
